Human Beings More Splended then Angels–Part 2

The Beginning

Divine humanity started at the moment of the Incarnation, at the moment of the Immaculate Conception.  God became a man with all the physical weaknesses attributed to humanity, the same brain, heart, kidney, immune system.  He had the same ability to feel cold, hunger, thirst, tired.  The God-Man became a complete fusion of the Divine and the human, totally human in every way except sin.

But one might wonder, how is it that the God-Man, Jesus was totally human except in sin since human beings are sinners? The answer lies in the very nature of sin.

What is sin? Sin is missing the mark. It is to be outside of God’s will. It is to fall short of of God’s will. Sin is the flaw that started with Adam and Eve. Jesus was totally in complete harmony with not only Himself, but also with all the other Persons of the Godhead. So there could not have any sins in Jesus.

The incarnation is God’s stamp of approval on human nature.  One message that the incarnation tells us, is that God judged the physical human nature is it is right now to be the perfect reflection of his will. And therefore any attempt to deform human nature either by genetic manipulation or any other system is a direct attack to Jesus Christ and therefore on God.

Abortion is a great evil. In fact it is an intrinsic evil. But now there is another evil that spreads itself throughout the world, in obscurity, and in hiding. The darkness of this evil is so great that it dwarf the evil of abortion.

Like abortion, which has its own justification and rationalization, the evil that I am talking about has it own justification and rationalization.

This evil is called GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms). Not much has been said about this by Christians. For like a serpent it moves swiftly on land below the eyes.
