The Beginning Divine humanity started at the moment of the Incarnation, at the moment of the Immaculate Conception.  God became a man with all the physical weaknesses attributed to humanity, the same brain, heart, kidney, immune system.  He had the same ability to feel cold, hunger, thirst, tired.  The God-Man became a complete fusion of the Divine and the human, totally human in every way except sin.
